Patrick Berger reports that Borussia Dortmund are close to finalizing Fabio Silva’s purchase from Wolves. The Bundesliga outfit’s negotiations with the EPL side are “close to the line” according to the Sky Germany journalist. The final transfer fee should total between €22m and €25m
Berger also reports that at least one half of the Chelsea duo Dortmund are seeking to acquire has passed his BVB medical. Carney Chukwuemeka should be unveiled as a permanent signing shortly. There’s no word on the status of Aarón Anselmino, however, meaning that confirmation may not come tonight.
