Kicker reports that Bayer Leverkusen are set to confirm three transactions tomorrow. The German magazine claims Manchester City midfielder Claudio Echeverri is already in Leverkusen undergoing his medical. The Argentine prospect will be followed by Sevilla centre-back Loïc Badé. To complete, three transfers in one fell swoop, Amine Adli’s move to Bournemouth will also be confirmed on Wednesday.
Leverkusen moved fast to outpace Borussia Dortmund in pursuit of Echeverri. In contrast to the complex BVB offer, Leverkusen will simply take the 19-year-old on loan without a purchase option. The Badé deal has been in the works for some time and was briefly considered under threat due to Bouremouth’s parallel interest. This has been settled.
Kicker’s reliable Leverkusen correspondent Stephan van Nocks reports that everything has been worked out. Badé will join Germany’s red company team on a €25m deal that will feature €4m in potential bonuses. Adli, as has already been reported by Get German Football News, is headed to the Cherries on a €30m deal.
