Lil Nas X is being charged with four felonies after allegedly injuring officers when he was found naked on Ventura Blvd last week.
The Los Angeles Police department previously said the “Old Town Road” rapper, whose legal name is Montero Lamar Hill, charged at officers when they approached him in the early hours on Thursday morning. It came after officers said they received reports of a nude man in the area.
A law enforcement source told NBC News last week that Hill punched an officer in the face twice and that it was unclear whether he was in mental distress or experiencing an overdose.
Hill was taken to the hospital at the time and arrested for battery on a police officer.
Court documents filed Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court show Hill is now facing three counts of battery on a police officer and one count of resisting arrest.
Additional details on the incident were not immediately available.
TMZ first reported on Thursday that Hill was hospitalized and obtained exclusive video of the rapper walking the street in a pair of white briefs and cowboy boots. The outlet later obtained video in which Hill was completely nude and barefoot.
